The bungalows next to the lighthouse are owned by the Gallinger family. For all other offers described on this website, Hanno Gallinger acts as an intermediary and advisor at the holiday destination. The contractual partner of the guest is the respective property owner.

To confirm the booking, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. Some properties require a 100% advance payment to ensure collection according to the cancellation policy. If 50% remains pending, it must be paid at least 2 days before arrival.

The following cancellation conditions apply (from 01.01.2025):

A 50% refund is granted in case of cancellation if the cancellation is made a minimum number of days before arrival, which will be indicated during the booking process and varies depending on the property.

These cancellation conditions do not apply if a new tenant is found. Prices are calculated per night. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels, electricity, gas, water, and final cleaning are included in the price (unless otherwise stated in the final invoice or in the property description).

Please note our customer service hours at Camino del Faro: Mon to Sun 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Departing guests must vacate the accommodation before 11:00 am and leave the keys in the mailbox of the apartments located on Camino del Faro de Lariño or as otherwise agreed outside service hours. Arrivals must take place between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you are bringing a dog, please remind us, even if the house allows dogs.
